Single-origin tea leaves from small farms are gently brewed to release tannins and reveal the tea's character.

Freshly hand-pressed fruit juices are immediately blended with the cooled tea.

Slow, cold microfiltration delivers wine-like clarity.

FAQ

How is sparkling tea different from kombucha?

Our sparkling tea contains a small amount of kombucha vinegar for flavour, but the tea itself isn't fermented like kombucha. The bubbles come from added CO₂, giving it a subtler, lighter, and fruitier taste.

How is SUN365 different from other sparkling teas?

We enrich our artisan tea with fresh, cold-pressed SUN365 juice - giving the drink a fruity, balanced flavour that works beautifully both paired with food and enjoyed entirely on its own.

Do I need to store it in a fridge?

Not necessarily — our sparkling tea can be stored anywhere between +2°C and +22°C. Refrigeration isn't required, but we recommend it for the best taste, especially before serving.

Is it entirely alcohol free?

Yes. Sparkling tea is 0% alcohol. Since the tea isn't fermented (unlike kombucha) and the bubbles come from added CO₂ rather than fermentation, there's no trace of alcohol at any stage of production.
